Our free Community Class is designed to introduce you to Oak’s grounded, Pilates-based approach to movement. In this 30-minute session, you’ll explore the fundamentals of our method in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment led by one of our comprehensively certified 500-hour instructors. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or simply curious about what we offer, this class is your invitation to grow strong, stay steady, and get grounded to the core.
